This year was special. To celebrate your birth culture, you joined Mom
at work for a full half day! Daddy was stateside, so you came to ISM
with your flag polo shirt and an amazing attitude. You sat through an
hour and fifteen minute assembly and then fully joined in for every
activity after that - cooking pancit habhab, playing Patintero out on
the field and making music with traditional Filipino instruments. My students kept fighting over who would get
to spend time with you and you loved all the extra attention. You found
a special friend in Bailey who held your hand almost exclusively during
your entire visit.
What a fun day and I bet all the children loved having you there, I know I would
